GPTalk Pro Assistant

GPTalk Pro is the latest and optimized version of GPTalk that enables intelligent conversations, automated appointment booking and AI-powered handoff inside HighLevel.

Overview

GPTalk Pro turns any WhatsApp number connected through Wazzap into an autonomous assistant: it reads context from HighLevel, replies in your tone of voice, books appointments straight into the calendar and escalates to a human when intent is high.

It's the same engine behind Wazzap's flagship AI agents — now packaged as a drop-in for HighLevel sub-accounts.

How it works

Every incoming message goes through three stages: context retrieval (pull contact, tags, last conversations from GHL), intent classification (qualified lead vs support vs spam), and response generation (Claude or GPT-4o picks the next best step). All in under 2 seconds.

Setup

  1. Connect your HighLevel sub-account to Wazzap.
  2. Enable GPTalk Pro from Sub-account → Assistants.
  3. Pick the LLM (Claude 4.5 Sonnet by default, swap to GPT-4o if you prefer).
  4. Train it on 3-5 example conversations and a brand voice prompt.
  5. Set the handoff trigger (e.g. "if user asks for pricing → assign to sales").

Best practices

  • Start narrow. Train on one use case (e.g. booking demos) before expanding.
  • Use Spintax in greetings so the bot doesn't sound robotic at scale.
  • Set a daily budget per sub-account to cap API costs.
  • Review escalations weekly. Each handoff is a chance to improve the prompt.

Nest your assistants: GPTalk Pro can call out to other Wazzap assistants for specialized tasks (e.g. a "calendar" assistant just for booking, a "billing" assistant just for invoices).
