Does it replace Rappi/UberEats?+

No, it complements. Rappi is good for discovery (people who don't know you). Wazzap is for customers who already know you (via Rappi, social, recurring customer) and you want to go direct without paying commission. Gradual migration, not replacement.

Does it work with my POS (Square, Toast, etc.)?+

Native sync with Square and Toast. For other POS via API or webhook (custom setup). If your POS has no API, we handle the order in Wazzap and you send it manually to the POS — still worth it for reservations + loyalty.

How does the loyalty program work?+

Each customer accumulates points per purchase (you set the logic: 1 point per $10 USD, etc.). On birthdays or when they reach X points, automatic message with a reward. Typical engagement: 60% redeem promos.

Can the AI take complex orders (modifications, allergies)?+
