A native pairing screen, your brand
The Custom Link Global option lets agency partners embed Wazzap's QR pairing screen directly inside their HighLevel sub-accounts. Your clients scan the code, connect their WhatsApp, and never see anything that doesn't say you.
Overview
The white-label URL is a per-tenant link Wazzap generates for your admin panel. When you mount it as a Custom Menu Link inside HighLevel at the agency level, every client sees a branded pairing experience without leaving GHL. No tabs to switch, no separate login, no mention of Wazzap.
Pair this with the HighLevel CRM integration and your clients get a full onboarding loop, scan a QR, see their WhatsApp chats inside GHL, reply from the same conversation tab, all under your name.
This feature is built specifically for HighLevel agencies. If you don't resell HighLevel, use the standard white-label link instead.
Requirements
- A HighLevel Agency account. If you don't have one yet, you can grab a 30-day trial with bonus credits at ghlforfree.com.
- A Wazzap admin (agency) plan with the white-label feature enabled.
- At least one Wazzap sub-account ready to assign to a HighLevel sub-account.
Create the custom menu link
Three short steps. Five minutes start to finish.
1. Copy your white-label URL
- Open your Wazzap dashboard and switch to the Admin Panel in the upper-left corner.
- Find the White-Label URL tile.
- Click Copy. The URL is unique to your agency and already authenticated.
2. Add it inside HighLevel
- In HighLevel, switch to your Agency view.
- Go to Settings, Custom Menu Link in the sidebar.
- Click Create New.
- Paste your Wazzap white-label URL.
- Enable Show link on Account sidebar so clients can find it.
- Pick an icon and a label that match your brand (e.g. "WhatsApp Setup", "Connect WhatsApp").
3. Assign to sub-accounts
Choose which HighLevel sub-accounts get the menu item. You can roll it out to all clients at once, or stage the launch by enabling it on one or two locations first. Whenever a client opens the menu link, the QR they see is bound to their Wazzap sub-account, not yours.

… What clients see
Inside their HighLevel sub-account, your client clicks the menu link and lands on a clean pairing screen with your logo, your colors, your name. They open WhatsApp on their phone, scan the QR, and the tile flips to "Online". From that moment forward, every chat appears inside HighLevel's Conversations tab. They never know Wazzap exists.

Customize your brand identity (logo, primary color, favicon) under Brand Settings before sharing the link. Anything you set there propagates into the pairing screen automatically.
Troubleshooting
The menu link shows a 404 inside HighLevel
You probably pasted the URL with extra whitespace, or you copied the public Wazzap docs URL instead of the white-label one from your Admin Panel. Re-copy from Admin Panel, White-Label URL and paste it cleanly.
Client sees the Wazzap logo
Your brand settings probably haven't been saved. Open Brand Settings, upload a square PNG logo at 512px or larger, set your accent color, and click Save. Then reload the HighLevel sub-account.
QR pairs but conversations don't appear in GHL
The white-label URL only handles the pairing step. To sync chats both ways, you also need the HighLevel CRM integration connected with your Agency API key. Check that the sub-account mapping is set.
