The small extras and what's next
Some Wazzap features are too small to need a page of their own. Some are in active development. This page tracks both, so you can spot the quiet wins and keep tabs on what's about to ship.
Overview
Wazzap ships fast and most updates land directly inside the product without a big announcement. The list below collects the smaller features already available and the ones queued for the next few releases. If something you need isn't here, it probably belongs in one of the dedicated docs, check the sidebar.
Available now
Meta Ads custom fields
When a contact arrives from a Facebook or Instagram Ad with a WhatsApp objective, Wazzap maps the full campaign payload into named custom fields in your CRM. Full reference on the Meta Ads page. Use these fields to power lead tag templates and segment your reporting.
Internal notifications
Get a notification inside your CRM's inbox when a specific WhatsApp event happens (first reply, missed message, tag applied). Configured per sub-account. See internal notifications.
Send agent and source metadata
Every outbound send can carry the sending agent and the message source so your CRM keeps a tidy audit trail of who-sent-what-from-where.
Audio transcription
Voice notes received from contacts can be auto-transcribed and pushed back into the conversation as text. See send transcription.
Delayed sends
Schedule a message to fire after a precise delay (seconds, minutes, hours) without leaving the Conversations tab. Read the delay message doc.
Coming soon
- Sticker sends: native sticker support inside the Conversations tab and via command. Currently in internal testing.
- Polls: WhatsApp polls fired from Wazzap with results streamed back to your CRM. Tracked under the Buttons (BETA) umbrella.
- Reactions API: react to incoming messages with emoji, triggered from workflow actions.
- Multi-number broadcast: round-robin a single broadcast across several warmed numbers automatically.
- Inbox search: full-text search across the Wazzap conversations panel.
"Coming soon" timelines are best-effort. Features ship when they're stable enough to not break your campaigns, not before. Watch the release notes for the exact go-live date.
Send us your ideas
The roadmap is shaped by users. If there's something Wazzap should do that it doesn't yet, the fastest path is to:
- Post it in the Skool community where the team and other users discuss new ideas weekly.
- Open a thread in Support with a clear use case and a screenshot.
Important notes
- Beta features may change shape, naming, or payload without notice. Pin a Wazzap support contact before betting a critical workflow on a beta feature.
- If a feature shows up here and not in the sidebar, it's intentional: this page is the lightweight inventory, the sidebar holds the official docs.
- Roadmap items are not guarantees. Use them to plan, not to commit to dates with your own customers.
