One link, fully branded
The white-label link is the single URL you hand to a client. They open it, log in, and land on a panel that says your agency, never Wazzap. It's the cleanest piece of the white-label kit, and it takes 30 seconds to generate.
Overview
White-labeling Wazzap has two layers:
- Visual layer (logo, favicon, custom domain, brand name): handled in brand settings.
- Access layer (the URL clients click): handled by the white-label link, which is what this page covers.
The link is a permanent URL tied to your workspace. When a client opens it, they land on your branded login screen. Once they're in, every panel renders your brand.
If you set up a custom domain in
brand settings, the white-label link uses your
domain (for example panel.acme-agency.com) instead of
app.wazzap.mx. Maximum white-label.
What the white-label link does
It's a small URL with three jobs:
- Route to your branded login. The same login UI as
app.wazzap.mx, but with your logo, name and colors. - Identify the workspace. Clients hitting your link can only sign in to sub-accounts under your admin panel. No cross-tenant leakage.
- Carry your custom domain (if configured). When a client bookmarks the
link, they bookmark your domain, not
wazzap.mx.
Generate your link
- Sign in to your admin panel.
- Open Settings → Brand → White-label link.
- Click Generate. The link appears immediately.
- Copy it. The link persists, so this URL is the one you'll keep using for every client.
Default form (no custom domain set):
https://app.wazzap.mx/?brand=acme-agency
With a custom domain configured:
https://panel.acme-agency.com Share it with clients
Some practical ways to put the link in front of clients:
- Onboarding email: include it in the welcome message you send when a
client first subscribes. "Your dashboard lives at
panel.your-agency.com." - Bookmark in their browser: walk them through bookmarking it during onboarding. Most clients only need the link once if it's saved.
- Inside HighLevel: embed the link in a custom menu item so clients jump to the dashboard without leaving GHL. See the next section.
Using it inside HighLevel
If your clients use HighLevel, the white-label link pairs perfectly with the GHL white-label URL. The combination:
- Your white-label link lives in HighLevel's sub-account custom menu.
- Clicking it opens the Wazzap dashboard inside GHL, branded as your agency.
- The client never sees Wazzap.mx in the URL, and never leaves the GHL frame.
Setup is on the GHL white-label URL page, but the link you embed in HighLevel is the same one you generated here.
Agencies that run GHL on every client usually do this once: set up a custom domain in brand settings, generate the white-label link, then drop it into every client's GHL sub-account as a custom menu item. From then on, every client onboarding is automated.
Troubleshooting
The link opens to app.wazzap.mx instead of my custom domain
Your custom domain isn't fully verified yet. Re-check the CNAME and TXT records in your DNS, then re-verify in brand settings. Once verified, the link automatically uses your domain.
Logo shows but colors don't
Color customization lives under Admin Panel → Customize Colors, separately from brand settings. Set the colors there, refresh the link.
Clients see a "workspace not found" page
Their browser cached a previous version of the link before your domain finished
propagating. Ask them to hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R),
or clear the site's cache.
Don't share the link before the custom domain is verified. If you share a half-set-up link, clients see a "domain not found" error and lose trust in the rollout.
